Ali is the Channel Islands' firm Sustainability & Climate Change subject matter expert. She has over 20 years’ experience of environmental and climate change policy and delivery across Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa and across the public and private sectors.

Ali leads the Channel Islands firm’s ESG and Net Zero services, with a focus on helping asset and wealth management clients understand their ESG impact and net zero alignment, comply with mandatory and voluntary reporting requirements, and the implications of these for strategy, data analysis and integration.

Arran has served as an IFRS technical expert based in London since 2013, as part of the UK Accounting Consulting Services' Financial Instruments Topic Team. He's a member of PwC’s Global Asset Management working group, a group of IFRS experts and engagement partners that deal with the IFRS issues facing the industry.

Arran specialises in financial instruments, consolidation, insurance, debt equity classification and remuneration schemes of asset managers. Arran has been presenting at PwC’s UK Asset Management roundtable since 2013. This roundtable is attended by companies in the industry quarterly to discuss accounting, regulatory and taxation issues for the industry.

John provides advice and updates on corporate governance and reporting developments to management teams, boards and the non-executive director community. He has been a regular speaker for many years at the PwC UK Audit Committee Network for the chairs and members of FTSE 350 audit committees. John has been closely involved with the ongoing governance reform debate in the UK, including the governance and reporting proposals arising from the Kingham and Brydon Reviews.

John leads PwC's annual Building Public Trust Awards for excellence in corporate governance reporting in FTSE 350 companies and contributed the chapter on reporting in the London Stock Exchange volume 'Corporate governance for Main Market and AIM companies'.
