Nalin is the Director of Research at Pitchbook, covering technology and venture capital in the EMEA region and has had research and expertise featured in various publications such as the Financial Times, CNBC, City A.M, Reuters, Forbes and The Times. Previously, he worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs in London, conducting due diligence for investment banking and private capital transactions.

Andrew Tually

Andrew has significant experience in connection with the structuring, formation and regulation of Guernsey open and closed-ended collective investment schemes investing in private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds. He also advises upon significant and high value corporate and M&A transactions, including court-sanctioned schemes of arrangement, group restructures and migrations.

Sam has worked at Hedosophia in the Fund Finance function since November 2021. He leads the quarterly valuation process, oversees portfolio monitoring and manages investor reporting. He began is career in external audit with PwC in Guernsey, focusing on Private Equity funds. He later transferred to PwC’s Sydney office where he transitioned into an Advisory role working with investment managers and listed corporations in Australia.

Since joining the Commission, Conor has shown a consistent ability to deliver challenging technology projects on time, on spec, on budget and with effect from January 2026, he has been promoted to Director of Technology.
