Each year, PwC Hungary celebrates the winners of the Most Attractive Employer Award in a gala event that is open to the press. The awards are handed out based on the PwC Workplace Preference Survey, after aggregating the participants’ free text responses.
What does this mean for the organizations nominated for the awards?
Since the participants do not receive a list of employers prior to taking part in the survey, the nomination is strong feedback regarding the market perception of their employer brand.
The nomination provides significant visibility and credibility to the values espoused by the organization’s brand.
The award is a guarantee to the professionals currently employed at the organization that their workplace is open to change, and ready to embrace new employee expectations.
For prospective employees, the award is a guarantee that the employer is privy to their preferences and is consciously changing the organizational culture to meet these expectations.
This is the sixth year PwC Hungary will be organizing the Most Attractive Employer Award gala. The results will be shared with the public for the first time at this event: participants will get a first-hand insight into what matters most to job-seekers and employees, and how the image of the ideal workplace has evolved on the job market.
