Some companies believe it could take them up to a year or more after the PDPA effective date to become compliant.
The deadline for PDPA compliance is approaching fast, and 52% of survey participants said they expect to complete compliance activities in less than six months. However, 34% said they estimate they will need up to 12 months or even more to become compliant, which means that one third won’t achieve compliance before the PDPA effective date.
