“The health and wellbeing of our staff is our number one priority and we are currently providing guidance and advice to colleagues on the COVID-19 virus including regular hand washing, using the option of working from home if appropriate and to keep up to date with the latest advice provided by the World Health Organisation and local medical authorities.
"For international travellers we have asked that no one travel to Hubei Province in China, the affected areas of South Korea and Northern Italy and only absolutely essential travel to the rest of China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Japan. In addition we are advising against all non essential travel generally and that wherever possible internal meetings take place virtually or are postponed until after 1 May. Based on guidance from national governments some of our firms around the world are also offering additional travel advice.
"We are also asking employees that have returned from affected areas, or have come in contact with people from these areas, to work flexibly from home for 14 days after returning to their home town.
"We are monitoring this situation on an hourly basis, keeping our people informed of the latest developments and are updating our advice and guidance as required."
