PwC Thailand is hosting a 4K and 10K charity run to support the purchase of a posterior vitrectomy machine for the Vitreo-Retina Research Unit in the Ophthalmology Department of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society. The event will take place on Sunday 22 September 2019 between 5.00 and 7.00am.
Starting in front of our office building at Bangkok City Tower on Sathorn Road, runners will make their way to Rama IV Road and finish back at the office.
This charity run is for everyone: You don’t have to be a top athlete or a marathon runner to participate. The route is designed to accommodate anyone, of any ability. This event is all about participation, having fun on the day and raising money to help those eye patients in need.
Not only is it a fun morning, but the event also marks our 60th year anniversary of doing business in Thailand. It’s an opportunity for all employees, alumni, clients and the general public to celebrate this special occasion together.
