Sanicha serves as auditing and accounting advisory partner at PwC Thailand, where she brings a wealth of experience spanning over 22 years, including a three-year term at PwC Hong Kong. Her footprint within PwC is characterised by diligent supervision of audit services, insightful advice on leading IPO, and dedicated in accounting advisory projects. Over the years, Sanicha’s professional trajectory has broadened across diverse industries such as real estate, construction, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and hospitality. Her deep industry knowledge, coupled with her strategic leadership, has steered several businesses through successful IPO and GAAP transitions from local GAAP to TFRS and/or IFRS Accounting Standards and/or US GAAP.

• Steering assorted IPO readiness projects for firms aiming for an IPO in Thailand
• Executing various GAAP conversion projects, transitioning from local GAAP to TFRS and/or IFRS Accounting Standards and/or US GAAP
• Assisting multinational corporations and other large entities in refining their financial reporting processes
• Directing a taxonomy advisory project for a prominent regulator in Thailand.
