중앙바이오텍 매각자문

PwC Korea Deal 2 team은 ㈜중앙바이오텍의 지분을 매각하는 프로젝트에서 매각자문사로 참여하였습니다.

㈜중앙바이오텍은 1971년에 설립된 회사로, 경기도 안산시에 본사를 두고 있으며, 동물의약품과 사료첨가제, 비타민원료 등을 생산하고 있습니다.

이번 딜에는 인성엔프라(주)가 인수자로 참여하여 ㈜중앙바이오텍의 지분을 인수하였습니다. 본 건의 인수 주체인 인성엔프라㈜는 하이글로벌 그룹의 계열사로 초정밀금형 및 성형사출, 정밀과학부품 등을 생산하는 부품소재전문업체입니다.

Choongang Bio Tek Co., Ltd was founded in 1971 and headquartered in Ansan, Korea. It produces animal medicines, feed additives, and raw materials of vitamins.

Insung Enpla Co., Ltd, acquired shares of Choongang Bio Tek Co., Ltd. Insung Enpla Co., Ltd, the Buyer, is an affiliate of Hi Global Group and manufactures high-precision mold, injection molding parts and optical products.

The PwC Korea Deal 2 team, led by Suk-Yeon Hwang and Kyung-soo Jung, was engaged as a sell-side M&A advisor for Choongang Bio Tek Co., Ltd., and successfully closed the transaction.
