(주)광림의 (주)남영비비안 지분 인수를 위한 실사 자문

PwC Korea Deals Transaction Service team은 (주)광림의 (주)남영비비안 지분 인수 딜에서 재무자문사로 참여하였습니다.

㈜남영비비안은 1957년 설립되어 지난 63년간 언더웨어 한우물을 판 토종 속옷업체로 비비안(VIVIEN)을 비롯해 8개의 브랜드를 보유하고 있습니다. 
이 브랜드들은 판매채널별 전용브랜드로 기획되어 전국 백화점, 대형마트 등의 오프라인 매장에서 유통되고 있습니다.

자회사 (주)쌍방울을 보유하고 있는 (주)광림의 이번 인수로 인해 국내 언더웨어 시장에서 차지하는 비중이 더욱 커져 브랜드 경쟁력이 강화될 것으로 전망됩니다.

PwC Korea Deals Transaction Service team은 매수인측 재무자문사로 참여하여 재무실사 및 인수자문을 수행하였습니다.

PwC Korea Deals Transaction Service team is pleased to announce the acquisition of shares in Namyeung Vivien Corporation for Kanglim Co., Ltd.

Namyeung Vivien Corporation, founded in 1957, is an indigenous underwear manufacturer that has sold underwear for the past 63 years.
The eight brands, including VIVIEN, are planned as exclusive brands, and are distributed in stores such as department stores and large markets. 

The acquisition of Kanglim Co., Ltd. is expected to increase its share of the underwear market in Korea and strengthen its brand competitiveness.

The PwC Korea Deals Transaction Service team, led by Dae-Joon Park and Jong-Seok Kim, provided financial due diligence and M&A advisory service and successfully closed the transaction.
