케이스톤자산운용 및 HPK 컨소시엄의 세아메카닉스 인수를 위한 실사 및 가치평가

PwC Korea Deal 6 team은 2차전지 부품 제조업체 세아메카닉스의 지분을 인수하는 딜에서 회계자문사로 참여하였습니다.

㈜세아메카닉스는 1999년에 설립된 전기차용 2차전지 부품 및 가전·자동차용 알루미늄 다이캐스팅 부품 제조업체로, LG전자, 보쉬 등 국내외 주요 TV 및 자동차 제조업체에 부품을 납입하고 있습니다. 

2007년에 설립된 케이스톤자산운용은 대한민국 서울에 기반을 둔 사모펀드자산운용사로, ADT캡스, C&S 자산관리 등을 투자한 바 있습니다. HPK는 2008년에 설립된 레이저 검사, 가공 장비 제조사로 LG전자 등에 디스플레이패널 및 휴대폰 카메라모듈 장비를  공급하고 있습니다. 

PwC Korea Deal 6 team은 본 건 딜에서 매수인측 회계자문사로 참여하여 실사 및 가치평가 업무를 수행하였습니다.

PwC Korea Deal 6 team is pleased to announce the acquisition of shares in Se'A Mechanics Co., Ltd for Kstone Partners LLC and HPK Inc Consortium.

Se'A Mechanics Co., Ltd, established in 1999, is a manufacturer of parts for rechargeable batteries as well as die cast parts for home appliances and automobiles. It supplies aluminum die casting parts to major television manufacturers and automakers.

Kstone Partners LLC, one of the new owners of Se'a Mechanics Co., Ltd, is a private equity firm in South Korea. It invested ADT Caps Co., Ltd and C&S Asset Management Co., Ltd. HPK, the new owner of Se'a Mechanics Co., Ltd, is a manufacturer of inspection and production equipment and supplies defect repair solutions for LG Electronics.

The PwC Korea Deal 6 team, led by Jin-Song Chung, provided financial due diligence and valuation service and successfully closed the transaction.
