호텔신라의 트레블 리테일 그룹 홀딩스 LLC 인수를 위한 실사

PwC Korea Deal 2 team은 ㈜호텔신라가 미국 소재 트레블 리테일 그룹 홀딩스 LLC의 지분을 인수하는 딜에서 회계자문사로 참여하였습니다.

미국 플로리다에 소재한 트레블 리테일 그룹 홀딩스 LLC는 세계 1위 미국 기내 면세업체 ‘쓰리식스티(3Sixty)’를 운영하고 있으며, 미주지역을 중심으로 공항과 터미널 등에 총 41개의 면세 매장을 보유하고 있습니다. 

본 건의 인수 주체인 ㈜호텔신라는 이번 인수를 통해 미주지역으로 면세사업을 확장할 계획입니다.

PwC Korea Deal 2 team은 본건 딜에서 매수인측 자문사로 참여하여 실사자문을 수행하였습니다.

Travel Retail Group Holdings, LLC, headquartered in Florida, USA, is the world’s No. 1 in-flight duty-free shop operator by market share. It also has 41 duty-free shops at airports and terminals in the North America.

The acquisition of Travel Retail Group Holdings, LLC will provide Hotel Shilla Co., Ltd. with an excellent opportunity to strengthen its duty-free business in North America.

The PwC Korea Deal 2 team, led by Suk-Yeon Hwang and Jung-Hoon Lee, provided financial due diligence and successfully closed the transaction.
