현대자동차의 미국 소재 Aptiv사와 JV체결을 위한 실사 및 가치평가

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team은 현대자동차그룹과 Aptiv가 공동으로 자율주행 소프트웨어 개발 JV를 설립하는 딜에서 M&A자문사로 참여하였습니다.

미국 최대 자동차 부품업체 Delphi를 모태로 한 Aptiv는 자율주행 분야에서 세계적인 기술력을 보유하고 있는 미국 소재 차량용 전장부품 및 자율주행 전문 기업으로 인지 시스템, 소프트웨어 알고리즘, 컴퓨팅 플랫폼 등 업계 최고의 모빌리티 솔루션 포트폴리오를 보유하고 있습니다.

현대자동차그룹은 차량 설계 및 제조에 독보적인 역량을 가지고 있으며 이번 JV설립으로 자율주행 S/W 분야 최고 수준의 기술력을 가지고 있는 Aptiv와 향후 고도화된 자율주행 차량 개발을 가속화 할 수 있는 새로운 길을 맞이하게 되었습니다.

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce that Hyundai Motor Group partners with Aptiv to form autonomous driving Joint Venture.

Aptiv, formerly known as Delphi, is an auto parts manufacturer with world class technology in autonomous driving.
It has an industry leading mobility solution portfolio which includes cognitive systems, software algorithms and computing platforms.

Hyundai Motor Group is best known for its capabilities in vehicle design and manufacturing. This new JV will leverage Hyundai Motor Group's design, engineering and manufacturing expertise and Aptiv's autonomous driving S/W to commercialize an autonomous driving platform.

The PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team, led by Sang-Soo Yoo and Yun-Goo Kwak, was engaged as a M&A advisor for Hyudai Motor Group with Citi Group Global Market Securities Co., Ltd. and provided financial due diligence and valuation service for Hyundai Motor Group.
