  • Monitoring plan and summarize the recruitment reports
  • Recruitment process
  • Communicate well with all levels of organization
  • 8-10 years experience in recruitment and selection


  • Male / Female Age between 35 – 40 years.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field over 8 years’ experience of recruitment and selection. Preferably experience in global organization.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of organization and able to confront and challenge resistance & issues, excellent interpersonal skill
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint)
