Natalia is a PwC Legal Co-Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, Attorney at law with more than 18 years’ experience in practising law in Latvia and Russia. Before joining PwC Legal, Natalia worked for many years at the Administrative District Court of the Republic of Latvia and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Latvia (Administrative Cases Department), and she is well aware of a wide range of categories of administrative cases and the latest case law. Given her specialization and experience, Natalia mainly provides legal assistance in administrative law matters, representing clients' interests in institutions and courts, including in matters relating to public contracts, public procurement, tax and immigration law, and cross-border administrative and civil disputes (such as civil actions arising out of or in connection with administrative acts or public contracts).

The Master's degree in law at one of the best law schools in Russia allows Natalia to be especially helpful for PwC clients who have business or business partners in Russia.
Natalia also has extensive experience and knowledge of international protection mechanisms (for example, in connection with the protection of clients' interests in the European Court of Human Rights).
She is a member of the Latvian Collegium of Sworn Advocates.
Natalia is the author of many articles on various legal issues.

Natalia has obtained LL.M. from the University of Latvia, Faculty of Law as well as lawyers qualification and master’s degree in Law from Moscow State Academy of Law (Russia).
