We recognise that value means different things to different people, and our role is to help clients (and our own people) create value as they define it. For some clients, the value they’re looking for reflects the goals of their organisation. For others, it’s about personal goals. For most, it’s a mix of both. And though value is usually defined in financial terms, many people are also looking for other kinds of value: for example, a stronger reputation, greater influence, or a better environmental impact.
