Arnis is the Head of Real Estate and Construction practice with more than 10 years of practical experience in law. Before joining the PwC Legal team, Arnis worked in a Baltic-wide law firm, gaining extensive experience in various civil and administrative law issues, including dispute resolution and litigation in both civil and administrative proceedings.
Arnis passionately specializes in issues related to real estate and construction, environmental law, spatial planning and energy industry. He provides legal assistance to various participants of the construction process with the aim of solving as efficiently as possible arguable issues that hinder the development, trying to avoid legal proceedings. Arnis has participated in significant real estate transactions, as well as working with colleagues from other PwC departments Arnis works on the implementation of projects of national importance.
Arnis has obtained professional master’s degree from the University of Latvia, Faculty of Law.
Arnis is a member of the Latvian Collegium of Sworn Advocates.
