Virtual Reality Upskilling Advisory

A refreshing way to connect, create and learn

Learn, build, and collaborate with AR and VR

Tap on the potential of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) to revolutionise your training experiences and services.

Soft skills training

Create a safe virtual environment for learners to hone their soft skills, such as clear communication, inclusive leadership, delivering quality customer service. Learners can also gain real-time feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Job simulation

Immersive VR training modules can help users master practical skills by learning and practicing in safe and realistic simulations which can be dangerous or expensive in reality.

Collaborative realities

Hold multi-user meetings and workshops and collaborate in immersive environments. Use cross platform devices to communicate and interact with people and persistent digital products.

Remote assistance

Field workers on the job site can use hands-free job aids and exchange real-time information and annotated documents with remote experts to reduce errors, improve productivity, performance and compliance.

Realise the potential of VR

Our VR soft skills training efficacy study showed that VR learners were:

Upskill your staff with efficacy

Practice in VR leads to increased confidence and empathy in real-world scenarios.

Soft skills training

Onboarding new hires remotely

  • Rapidly upskill entire departments or business functions.
  • Conduct one-on-one training with real-time feedback.

Job simulation

VR learners have more flexibility, are more engaged and can practice on-the-job skills in safe and controlled environments.

360 Interactive hands-on training

Computer generated imaging (CGI) immersive training

  • Increase confidence in learners to apply new knowledge and skills.
  • Familiarise new employees with tools, machines, processes and spaces in a safe and realistic virtual environment.
  • Reduce risks and create time and cost savings.
  • Real-time performance tracking.

Collaborative reality

Collaborative reality sessions enable people to simulate natural human interaction in a virtual business context.

Streamlining the delivery service using AR

Cross platform collaborative reality

  • Deliver immersive, flexible virtual experiences for large groups in real-time.
  • Improve people management and development.
  • Allows remote collaboration in room scale environments.
  • Connect multiple users on multiple devices from anywhere.

Remote assistance

Real-time, in-context feedback enables field workers to reduce errors, speed up tasks, and resolve issues quickly.

Supporting engineers in the field with AR

Augmented reality guided cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) response

  • Novice workers deployed in the field can receive assistance from remote experts, who can hear and see everything on-site field workers do, and provide advice accordingly.

Other use cases for Extended Reality (XR)

Reimagined future of banking using mixed reality

We designed a proof of concept where the user can design their own virtual bank, select tailored financial products, base on their profile, goals and priorities.

The user will have his personal financial information, market information, realtime news, available credit cards, realtime exchange currencies and a digital assistant as some of the tools to analyse different financial products and investment opportunities.

Mixed reality anatomy learning

A room scale mixed reality learning platform, for learning anatomy.

The user can move parts of the model in 3D space, and when looking at the body parts it will display information for that particular bone or muscle.

The user can walk around or inside the 3D model, rotate and scale it. Exploring different layers like muscles and bones, allowing him to visualise the human body from every angle.

Creating positive behavioural change

We designed a SCB office in virtual reality, that supported a work transformation campaign, using nudges and graphic elements to improve positive behaviour in the workspace and visualise them before implementing in the the physical office.

The user can navigate and explore the 3D space using VR goggles or from the laptop.

AR for retail

We created an AR app to help the customer visualise a variety of products while being able to change their colour, customise them by adding or replacing accessories, and experiencing how the final product will look on them.
