He is the Chairman of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants Financial Reporting Committee and has led major accounting conversion projects in Singapore and the region, focusing on gap analysis, reporting systems assessment and implementation, project management, and policy development.

Francis Wan has over 20 years of experience in internal controls, enterprise risk management, and technology advisory. He specialises in enhancing clients’ internal controls and reporting key risks to Audit and Risk Committees. He leads the integrated risk management solutions practice, transforming clients’ risk and control monitoring and reporting.

Jennifer (Jen) Bentson is the Director of Corporate Controllership and Accounting at Kulicke & Soffa (NASDAQ: KLIC), a leading technology firm specialising in semiconductor and electronics assembly solutions. She oversees corporate reporting, compliance, financial consolidation, SEC filings, the global SOX program, and other technical accounting matters. With nearly 20 years in accounting, she is experienced in financial reporting, consolidation, technical accounting, and internal controls.

Hui Yin is Head of Southeast Asia Corporate Finance within Goldman Sach’s Investment Banking team based in Singapore, and is an Executive Director. She has over 16 years of investment banking experience and has worked on various IPOs, follow-on offerings, cross border and M&A transactions in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Hui Yin has also worked at J.P. Morgan. She holds a BSc from New York University, Stern (Major in Finance and Accounting).

Valentina Chuang has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, specialising in Depositary Receipt (DR) services and capital market solutions. She has managed numerous high-profile oversea IPOs for Asian issuers and led Citi’s DR business development and initiatives in the region. Additionally, Valentina has a strong background in facilitating equity, debt and M&A transactions, as well as managing institutional investors’ investment and custody services.

Justin has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked in London, Hong Kong and Singapore, and with clients across Asia. Justin is a Regional Director for Aon’s Financial Services & Professions Group in Asia, helping companies and their directors understand their changing risk profile as they approach a US listing, and advising on the structuring and placement of Directors & Officers Liability Insurance and related risk solutions.

Dina has 15 years of SaaS solution sales and sales leadership experiences. She is responsible for driving the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Workiva's Capital Market and SEC reporting solution in the APAC region and empowering issuers and law firms to optimise and transform capital market transactions through efficient technology.
