Jin Hoe has joined SGX Group on 1 June 2022 as Executive Director in the Global Sales & Origination team. He was appointed Head, Capital Markets on 1 September 2023 and he is responsible for IPO and DCM origination as well as business and relationship management with senior clients.

Prior to joining SGX Group, Jin Hoe has spent 24 years in various senior roles in Singapore Public Service. He was last serving as Senior Vice President and Head, Asia Pacific and Greater China of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). In that role, he was responsible for formulating policies, developing strategies and executing the operational plans to attract Asian conglomerates and Asian enterprises to Singapore.

Jason brings over 19 years of experience in the equity markets, spanning roles as a buy-side analyst, sell-side analyst, equity sales professional, and investment banker, including 12 years with CSGI.

Recognised as one of Singapore’s top institutional equity professionals by Asiamoney from 2016 to 2022, Jason was also an award-winning research analyst prior to his transition into institutional sales.

In January 2023, Jason spearheaded the launch of CGSI’s investment banking division. Under his leadership, the team has successfully executed more than 50 public and private market transactions since inception, establishing a strong track record in a short span of time.

Mark has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across prominent U.S. multinational corporations (MNCs) and innovative optics technology firms. His impressive career has spanned engineering, general management, and operational leadership in industries ranging from data storage to advanced micro-optics.

Zu Hao is a Director at Eng and Co. LLC, a Singapore law firm which is part of the network of member firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited. He has represented both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings on the Mainboard and Catalist board of the SGX-ST, as well as secondary offerings such as rights issues and bonus issues. ​Zu Hao has also advised companies on local and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, DeSPACs, joint ventures, as well as general corporate and regulatory advisory matters.​ Prior to legal practice, Zu Hao was a management associate with the SGX Group, where he was rotated across both business and regulatory departments. Zu Hao also previously served as an adjunct research associate with the NUS Centre for Banking and Finance Law and was a recipient of the SGX Undergraduate Scholarship in 2009.

Zu Hao was named by Asian Legal Business as one of Asia’s 40 Lawyers Under 40 in 2024. He was also named by Asian Legal Business as one of Singapore’s Rising Stars in 2022.​
