Operationalising ESG initiatives for measurable results

Derek is a Senior Manager in the Sustainability and Climate Change team in PwC Singapore. He has worked closely with companies across multiple sectors such as precision engineering, aerospace, logistics and construction to utilise data to improve their productivity and sustainability metrics to meet their strategic objectives for each key areas. He has also led projects on decarbonisation strategy, GHG accounting, lifecycle analysis and ESG reporting strategy to support companies in the next phase of their journeys towards achieving sustainable operations.​

Tanya, with over five years of experience in sustainability advisory, holds a Master's in Environmental Management from NUS and specialises in ESG strategy and reporting. She specialises in ESG strategy and reporting, working extensively with sectors such as real estate, power generation, utilities, government, and shipping. Her skill set includes ESG data analysis, strategy development, materiality assessments, gap analyses, GHG accounting, creating decarbonisation roadmaps and sustainability reporting. Tanya conducts impact assessments and SDG prioritisation projects, aligning company initiatives with sustainability goals. As a PwC in-house instructor, she is trained to deliver ESG workshops and has assisted with conducting ESG due diligence. Additionally, she has contributed to national-level research projects. ​
