Capital Markets Leader
Tuck Seng leads the Capital Markets Group in PwC Singapore. He is an audit partner with the Assurance division specialising in the listing of companies on the Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) and audits of statutory boards in Singapore. He has close to 30 years of professional experience in providing audit and advisory services. He was the previous audit partner for Singapore Polytechnic, Science Centre Board, National Parks Board and Jurong Town Corporation.
Tuck Seng is also a member of the Singapore firm’s and PwC Asia Pacific Governance Board.
Other than his professional engagements, he also holds the appointment of member of the Board of MOE’s Specialised School for Normal (Technical) Students (North) and Spectra Secondary
School, a subsidiary of ITE, where he serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee for the school.
He is also a member of the ASEAN Committee of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce.
Tuck Seng is also a frequent speaker in seminars organised by the SGX in Singapore and major cities in China, Vietnam, Myanmar and Moscow. He has worked closely with the Economic Development Board in Singapore in conducting seminars in China to promote Singapore as the regional hub for doing business in Asia.
