Justin is the PwC Financial Services Leader as well as the Asset & Wealth Managed Services Leader in Singapore. With 34 years of experience, he has built deep, collaborative relationships with asset managers, asset owners and regulators across South East Asia, London and Continental Europe.​ Over his career, Justin has worked with asset managers from all sectors, from retail managers to hedge funds, private equity, infrastructure and real estate – from market strategy and set-up to business controls and operational efficiency assessments. He also currently leads the Asset & Wealth Managed Services practice which was set up more than two years ago to provide an end-to-end business and operational support services function to single family offices, boutique asset managers and global private asset owners.

Justin has driven impactful change through his involvement in various projects. In 2015, he was the lead partner engaged by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to conduct a legal study on the application of an Open Ended Investment Company framework for Singapore. He is also an active member of the Executive Committee of the Singapore Funds Industry Group.

Justin is a Chartered Accountant and holds the Investment Management Certificate from the Institute of Investment Management and Research (UK) as well as various industry-related certifications.
