DCD and FT team

AI in Motion award

“This award is a collective achievement for everyone in the team for working hard, thinking out of the box, and leaving no stones unturned. Above all, we took on the challenge to deliver a superb experience to the client in an area that is evolving rapidly from AI to GenAI to AgenticAI.

To deliver this, members came together from across Lines of Services sharing diverse expertise, learnings, and the boldness to innovate. Our PwC Leaders’ encouragement and active participation gave confidence and their utmost support for everyone to deliver a product held in high regard across the industry."

Florence Lim

AI in Motion award and Innovative Thought Leader award

“To me, receiving these two awards meant more than just recognition – they are proof that when we challenge norms and embrace innovation, we create impact that lasts. As part of my work involves the incorporation of AI tools, being part of the driving force and witnessing the shifts in attitudes towards AI from hesitance to adoption, and eventually advocacy, was truly rewarding for me.”

Aubrey Colocado

Changemaker award

“Being selected for the Changemaker Award feels like a recognition of what I have achieved along the journey of learning, evolving, and supporting others. Thinking back, what I found useful was shifting my mindset from ‘fix everything’ to ‘focus on where I can add value’. From there, I stopped feeling uncertain about matters outside my control and was able to stay grounded and make better decisions.”

Janice Tay

Changemaker award

“I'm truly honored to receive this award in my work journey marked by perseverance, optimism, and the courage to challenge the status quo. By promoting a non-hierarchical team culture, fostering open communications, and encouraging my team members to diversify our sources of information, it has allowed my team to collaborate better and deliver to our clients.”

Mahesh Terdal

Changemaker award

“I’m honoured to be recognised for the time and effort I’ve devoted to volunteering through the Firm. I’m heartened that the Firm empowers employees like me to give back to society in meaningful ways, from which I’ve found a strong sense of purpose and fulfilment.”

Eric Chin

Coach of the Year award

“It's been a tremendous honour to have the team's trust and patience. It’s also been gratifying to have a front-row seat to each team member's growth over the past 12 months. Also, a worrying sign that my weekly visits to the bookstore to learn how to lead is working! If I could offer three pieces of advice, they would be: give credit freely, take responsibility quickly, and let your work, not words, be the loudest in the room."

Leon Lim

Coach of the Year award

“I’m honoured to be recognised for the time and effort I’ve devoted to volunteering through the Firm. I’m heartened that the Firm empowers employees like me to give back to society in meaningful ways, from which I’ve found a strong sense of purpose and fulfilment.”

Lisa Reynolds

Coach of the Year award

“I’m surprised but deeply honoured to receive this award! My philosophy towards coaching is simple - “I’m here to guide and support, but each person owns their own career”. I am glad to have made a difference in their professional journeys.

To my mentees, I often shared that asking for help is not a weakness. When faced with complex matters, break them into smaller parts, handle what you can, and seek help where you’re unsure. Get regular feedback, understand what you do well, and what you can improve, and learn from past issues and mistakes."

Erinn Lee

Sportsperson of the Year award

“Thank you for nominating me for this award! This recognition reflects not only my journey, but the collective spirit of PwC — everyone who plays, cheers, and supports their friends across our firm. Sports has always been my way of connecting with people and the perfect channel to build friendships and unwind after a day of work at my desk. In the year ahead, I hope to continue making sports more accessible, less intimidating for beginners, and encourage more colleagues to achieve their fitness goals.”

Zong Xian Tan

Sportsperson of the Year award

“This award would not be possible without the unwavering effort and commitment demonstrated by my teammates in frisbee, volleyball, basketball and darts. While trainings and competitions may take up a sizeable portion of my time, I’ve found that staying active boosts my physical and mental health, which in turn helps me perform at my best on the job. This recognition motivates me to continue representing PwC in the sporting arena and pursue my interests in sports.”
