Attributes we look for

We seek to hire people who are curious, who are great at what they do and who bring our behaviours to life. Our PwC Professional framework guides how we work together to create a better tomorrow. Together, Trusted Leadership and Distinctive Outcomes shape how we serve clients while delivering on our purpose and strategy.

Trusted Leadership prioritises inspiring, collaborating with and developing others.

We demonstrate behaviours that prioritise building trust and delivering sustained outcomes. We are courageous when things are tough. We are objective and honest. We challenge our assumptions and show up differently, with new skills, in times of change.

  • Do you understand your impact on others and how this influences whether people want to work with you?
  • Do you coach and work side by side with others?
  • Do you continuously find ways to grow as a professional, actively seeking opportunities to gain experiences and skills with an eye towards the future?
Distinctive Outcomes refers to delivering quality, expertise and differentiated experiences to our stakeholders.

These behaviours are rooted in our commitment to excellence and are a result of challenging old assumptions and taking on new opportunities. We take pride in achieving outcomes rooted in quality and integrity. After all, our outcomes are only distinctive if they inspire, embrace innovation and build trust.

  • Do you commit to quality, integrity and inclusive behaviours?
  • Do you apply a business mindset to the work you do and understand the market around us?
  • Do you collaborate with others to deliver quality and distinctive client experiences?
