Management and Accounting Services

Tax Compliance

  • Indirect tax compliance - preparing VAT returns and ledgers;

  • Corporate income tax compliance – preparing annual tax returns for business and supporting with the process of periodic payment on account returns, tax provisioning and tax accounting;

  • Withholding tax compliance – preparing the periodic tax returns, identify and implement the benefits of the double tax treaties;

  • Personal taxes compliance – preparing personal income tax and social & health contributions returns as well as annual individual tax returns.

Reporting Strategy 

PwC provides assistance on supporting companies in setting up their Tax & Accounting function or supports them in the process of enhancing this function. As part of our Reporting Strategy services, we offer:
