We are currently seeking a HR Client Services Consultant to join our team and support the HR Client Services Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Client Services Manager on matters relating to compensation and benefits, recruitment, global mobility, performance management and other staff administration services
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives to support the business unit’s growth
  •  Assist with the budget and manpower planning and other HR projects as and when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant HR generalist experience
  • Highly motivated and resourceful
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff
  • Ability to thrive on challenges in a very fast-paced and high volume environment where quality and speed are of essence.
