Responsibilities:

We are seeking Senior Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers with strong Banking and Capital Markets (BCM)/Asset Management/Insurance audit experience to join our Financial Services Assurance team to lead a broad range of  audit assignments for our clients and potential involvement in selected advisory assignments which could include providing advice on accounting for complex arrangements and instruments, internal control & risk management reviews, financial due diligence and transactions support (amongst others).


As a Senior Associate, you will be required to:

  • Lead audit teams or work individually with engagement partners and managers to execute the audit and/or advisory engagements.
  • Work well in teams and show dynamism, flexibility and willingness to continually learn and coach.

As a Manager, you will be required to:

  • Define and manage projects to meet objectives and budget
  • Demonstrate knowledge of risk management and ensure work is performed accordingly. 

As a Senior Manager, you will be required to:

  • Define the project strategy for multiple complex projects in line with PwC risk management policies and procedures
  • Understand the client’s issues and manage the expectations of different stakeholders by translating expectations into quality & balanced output/deliverables
  • Address client needs by bringing relevant expertise from the firm to client discussions, while also converting service opportunities into proposals/business.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years and above of relevant experience with an international public accounting firm, with extensive experience in statutory audit for Senior Associate level; min. 6-8 years and above of relevant experience for Manager/Senior Manager level
  • Relevant accounting qualifications
  • Experience and keen interest in audits of Financial Services Assurance entities
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team working skills.
