Tristan Hockley is the Asia Pacific Government and Public Sector Leader and sits on PwC’s G&PS Executive Leadership Team. He also leads PwC South East Asia Consulting's Salesforce practice where he and his team works with government agencies, financial institutions and large enterprises across Asia Pacific to design and deliver business-led transformation programmes powered by data, AI and Salesforce.

As Salesforce Practice Leader, Tristan has helped clients unlock greater value from their customer, operational and ecosystem data. His experience spans customer transformation, digital service delivery, AI-enabled customer engagement, marketing transformation, sales effectiveness and enterprise-wide platform modernisation.

Tristan is passionate about helping organisations turn data into actionable insights and AI into measurable business outcomes. He has over 20 years of experience working in both professional services and industry across Australia, Asia and Europe.
