Tok Hong leads our Deals and Private Equity Practice at PwC Singapore. He has over 20 years of experience in M&A activities spanning across the entire deal spectrum, from lead financial advisory, commercial & financial due diligence, negotiation support on Sales & Purchase Agreements and post deal integrations & value creation. Tok Hong has been supporting global clients in their inbound acquisitions in Singapore and Singapore-based clients venturing abroad.

Tok Hong’s M&A clients include financial investors such as GIC, CVC Asia, Affirma Capital (ex. Standard Chartered Private Equity), Southern Capital, Navis Capital, Dymon Asia, Tower Capital, Warburg Pincus; and major corporations like ST Engineering and Surbana Jurong.

Tok Hong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Singapore and is also a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA).
