Suk Peng is a Partner, with the People and Organisation (Employment Tax) practice of PwC Singapore, with over 16 years of experience.
In her career, Suk Peng has been supporting multinationals and regional businesses in a wide range of industry sectors, including manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate, healthcare etc, in compliance and tax planning, both corporate and employment taxes, as well as restructures involving various countries in the region.
She has handled numerous tax due diligence and tax structuring advice to multinational companies covering both employment taxes and direct taxes. She has also advised the clients on the management incentive plans and carry interest structures from the tax perspectives.
