Raymond Teo

As PwC Southeast Asia Consulting's Cyber Leader, Raymond Teo brings more than 25 years of experience tackling complex cybersecurity challenges. He combines human-led thinking with technology-enabled solutions to help organisations build stronger, more resilient cyber strategies.

Raymond works closely with clients across industries, advising on cyber risk management and technology transformation that delivers real, lasting impact. He achieves this by helping firms secure their data and systems, optimise their operating models, and navigate the cultural shifts that come with adopting emerging technologies like AI.

His experience spans across domains. From shaping governance and technology risk frameworks in financial services, to driving public sector identity programs and transforming IT-OT fusion centres and security operations, Raymond focuses on delivering outcomes that matter most to clients.

Raymond holds a Bachelor of Computing from the National University of Singapore and has completed executive education programs at IMD Business School and Nanyang Business School. He is also a member of the Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Advisory Board.
