Kok Weng has over 20 years of experience in the FS sector providing audit, deal support, consulting and debt restructuring services. His transactional support experience includes M&A financial advisory, business and financial due diligence for both buy and sell sides and market entry studies.

Kok Weng has led large cross-border transaction support engagements, including managing transaction teams that are staffed with more than 100 PwC professionals. He has led or participated in financial or market due diligence exercises of financial institutions / funds in most Asian countries. He works extensively with both strategic and financial investors.

Among other leadership roles, Kok Weng has previously been PwC Singapore’s Human Capital Leader and Forensics Leader for the Southeast Asia region.

Kok Weng is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant (practicing) in Singapore.
