Jaclyn is a Corporate Tax Partner at PwC Singapore. She brings over 17 years of experience advising multinational corporations on complex tax matters across the region and globally – spanning international tax, business and supply-chain restructurings, intellectual property planning, mergers and acquisitions, and high-stakes incentive negotiations with regulatory authorities.
She is also closely engaged with tax policy work and recent international tax developments, helping clients understand their exposure and respond strategically.
Jaclyn is recognised by her clients as a trusted advisor for her ability to cut through complexity and deliver solutions that are practical, commercially grounded, and sustainable.
Prior to PwC, Jaclyn was a Principal (Tax Advisor) at an international law firm providing tax advice to clients from various industries, with a focus on clients from the Consumer Goods & Retail, Technology and Life Sciences industries. A Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Jaclyn graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Accountancy and major in Law.
