Christopher has over 20 years of professional experience in providing audit and advisory related services as well as covering valuations across the entire deal spectrum. During his career he worked in Singapore and London.

Professional experience

Christopher advises clients on complex accounting and valuation matters, such as those relating to business combinations, structuring of acquisition debt/equity instruments, purchase price allocation exercise, intellectual property valuation, goodwill impairment test and application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Christopher provides buy side and sell side advice on SPAs to both corporate and private equity clients and regularly conducts accounting and valuation training both internally and externally.

Christopher has been involved in various independent accountant expert determinations and expert witness engagements including those arising from SPA disputes, where he was required to analyse complex accounting matters for the purposes of settlement between the parties.

• Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Accounting, University of Lincolnshire and Humberside (UK)
