With 30 years of experience spanning strategy, management, technology and business transformation, Charles works with organisations across industries to navigate disruption, unlock new sources of value and accelerate growth in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled economy. Charles has led numerous large-scale transformation programmes across Southeast Asia, helping organisations leverage data, cloud, AI and enterprise platforms to modernise their businesses and achieve measurable outcomes. He is passionate about helping organisations move beyond digital transformation towards supporting clients' business re-invention aspirations to become frontier organisations. He advises boards, CEOs and executive teams on how to leverage AI, cloud and data to create more agile, resilient and future-ready organisations.
