스트라이커캐피탈매니지먼트의 ㈜대우건설이 보유한 파가니카CC 자산 인수를 위한 실사

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team은 스트라이커캐피탈매니지먼트가 ㈜대우건설이 보유한 파가니카컨트리클럽을 인수하는 딜에서 매수자문사로 참여하였습니다.

강원도 춘천에 위치한 파가니카컨트리클럽은 2011년 회원제 골프장으로 개장하였으나, 재무구조 악화로 인해 2016년 대중제 골프장으로 전환하였습니다.
동 골프장은 총 31만평으로 힐코스 9홀과 포레스트코스 9홀로 총 18홀로 운영되고 있습니다.

2016년에 설립된 스트라이커캐피탈매니지먼트는 대한민국 서울에 기반을 둔 사모펀드 전문 운용사입니다.

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team은 본 건 딜에서 매수인 측 회계자문사로 참여하여 재무실사 업무를 수행하였습니다.
동 자문업무는 Corporate Finance team의 유상수 Partner, 정진송 Partner가 담당하였습니다.

Paganica Country Club(CC), founded in 2011, is a private golf course (18 holes) in Gangwon-do, Korea.
The country club changed to public golf course in 2016 due to financial deterioration, and currently operates Hill course (9 holes) and Forest course (9 holes). 

Strike Capital Management, the new owner of Paganica Country Club, is a private equity firm in South Korea.

The PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team, led by Sang-Soo Yoo and Jin-Song Chung, provided financial due diligence service for Strike Capital Management and successfully closed the transaction.
