㈜포스코의 POSCO SS Vina 지분 매각 자문

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team은 ㈜포스코가 베트남 자회사 POSCO SS Vina의 지분을 매각하는 딜에서 매도자문사로 참여하였습니다.

2010년에 설립된 POSCO SS Vina는 베트남 붕따우성(호치민) 푸미공단에 소재하고 있으며, 대형 구조물의 골조나 토목공사에 널리 사용되는 철근 및 H형강을 생산/판매하고 있습니다.
동사는 철근 50만톤, H형강 50만톤 등 연간 총 100만톤 규모의 생산능력을 보유하고 있습니다.

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team은 본건 딜에서 매도인측 자문사로 참여하여 매도 전 과정에서 효과적이고 전문적인 자문을 제공하였습니다.

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the sale of POSCO SS Vina which is a subsidiary of POSCO Co., Ltd. to Yamato Kogyo Group.

POSCO SS Vina, established in 2010, is located in Phu My Industrial Zone, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Vietnam.
The company is specialized in manufacturing deformed Steel Bar and high-grade section steel, having an annual production capacity of one million tons. 

The PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team, led by Sang-Soo Yoo and Young-Baek Sohn, was engaged as a sell side advisor for POSCO Co., Ltd. and successfully closed the transaction.
