케이에스에스이미지넥스트 매각자문

PwC Korea Deals Transaction Service team은 자동차IT기술업체 ㈜케이에스에스이미지넥스트의 지분을 매각하는 딜에서 매도자문사로 참여하였습니다.

2007년에 설립된 ㈜케이에스에스이지넥스트는 자동차 전자장치 및 전방위 영상 탐지 블랙박스의 개발 및 생산업체로 경기도 성남시에 위치하고 있습니다. 동사는 2019년 3월 수원지방법원에 기업회생절차를 신청하였으며, 2020년 6월 회생계획 인가 결정을 받았습니다.

이번 딜에는 전자부품제조업체인 ㈜넥스비가 인수자로 참여하여 ㈜케이에스에스이미지넥스트의 지분을 인수하였습니다.

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team은 본건 딜에서 매도인측 자문사로 참여하여 매도 전 과정에서 효과적이고 전문적인 자문을 제공하였습니다.

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the sale of shares in KSS-Imagenext Co., Ltd. 

KSS-Imagenext Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 and headquartered in Kyunggi-do, Korea and manufactured multiple purpose cameras for vehicles including rearview cameras and black box cameras. The company applied to the Suwon District Court in March 2019 for the corporate reorganization program and was approved for the reorganization plan in June 2020.

Nexvi Co., Ltd. acquired shares in KSS-Imagenext Co., Ltd. in the deal.

The PwC Korea Deal 3 team, led by Jeong-Seob Han and Byounggoo Sohn, was engaged as a sell-side M&A advisor for KSS-Imagenext Co., Ltd. on the sale of its shares to Nexvi Co., Ltd. and successfully closed the transaction.
