SK네트웍스의 주유소 사업부 매각을 위한 실사

PwC Korea Deal 4 team은 SK네트웍스㈜의 주유소 사업부를 매각하는 딜에서 회계자문사로 참여하였습니다.

1953년에 설립된 SK네트웍스㈜는 SK그룹 계열의 종합 무역상사로, 석유제품 중심의 에너지 유통, 휴대폰 중심의 정보통신 유통, 글로벌 무역업을 영위하고 있습니다. SK그룹(SK에너지, SK네트웍스)은 2019년 기준 3,389개의 주유소를 보유하고 있으며, 이 중 SK네트웍스㈜가 306개의 주유소를 직영으로 운영하고 있습니다.

이번 딜에는 정유업체 현대오일뱅크㈜와 부동산신탁업체 ㈜코람코자산신탁 컨소시엄이 인수자로 참여하여 SK네트웍스㈜의 주유소 사업부를 인수하였습니다. 현대오일뱅크㈜는 이번 딜을 통해 국내 주유소시장 점유율 3위에서 2위로 도약하였습니다.

PwC Korea Deal 4 team은 본건 딜에서 매도인측 자문사로 참여하여 실사자문을 수행하였습니다.

PwC Korea Deal 4 team is pleased to announce the sale of gas station business units in SK Networks Co., Ltd.

SK Networks Co., Ltd, a general trading company affiliated with SK Group, trades general merchandise, such as oil, petrochemical, and information technology equipment. SK Group (SK Energy, SK Networks) has 3,389 gas stations as of 2019, and among them, SK Networks Co., Ltd. operates 306 gas stations directly.

Hyundai Oilbank Co., Ltd. and Koramco REITS Management and Trust Co., Ltd. have acquired the business unit of SK Networks Co., Ltd. Hyundai Oilbank Co., Ltd also becomes the second-biggest oil station following SK Energy Co., Ltd.

The PwC Korea Deal 4 team, led by Jin-Won Lee and Soo Bin Rhee, provided financial due diligence and successfully closed the transaction.
