Our team
Our company implements corporate responsibility at all levels of management. To this end we have set up a special working group that oversees our corporate policies and aligns them with our national, regional and global priorities. Zlata Elksnina-Zascirinska, chair of PwC Latvia’s Board and Country Managing Partner, leads our sustainability working group. This group is responsible for overseeing how our strategy is being implemented and for monitoring the progress.
Sandra Ozola
Chief Financial Officer
Sandra leads our finance department and is a member of ACCA. She has been with the company since 2000 and deals with all financial matters and decisions.
Annija Krasko
Office Manager
As PwC Latvia’s office administrator, Annija ensures the smooth running of our day-to-day work, takes care of the wellbeing of our colleagues, and provides a working environment in keeping with statutory requirements and best practices. Annija supervises the implementation of PwC’s Net Zero policy in Latvia.
Kalvis Gavars
Head of Marketing and Communication
Kalvis leads PwC Latvia’s Marketing and Communication team, which is responsible, among other things, for liaising with various organisations and promoting the implementation of PwC Latvia’s corporate responsibility strategy.
