Sean has spent the last 15+ years working with clients across the financial services sector, with a focus on insurance and banking. He has extensive experience with multi-national, publicly traded companies and the associated compliance and reporting requirements.
Sean has a comprehensive knowledge internal control requirements and the development and execution of an effective operational and compliance strategy. He brings extensive experience of SEC registrant reporting requirements, as well as with capital market transactions (including M&A), public debt offerings and buy-side due diligence work.
In addition, Sean supports clients in a diverse range of regulatory and risk advisory services, including compliance and governance, internal audit and capital and structuring assessments.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and a member of the Bermuda Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
