We are happy to have successfully completed another business development project. PwC and PwC Legal supported Jeff, a Latvian fintech startup, in raising about 1 million US dollars to continue developing and expanding Jeff App’s operations in South Asia. During this funding round the client was advised by manager Gerds Ivuskans and senior consultant Toms Vecvagars at PwC Transactions and by Co-Head of M&A practice, Janis Gavars at PwC Legal.
