Overview

Companies in Cambodia are growing and expanding both organically, but also through strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions. To best achieve their growth and expansion strategies, local and foreign companies need transactions and deals advisors. We are looking for people to join our Deals team during these exciting times

Basic Requirements

At least 5 years of work experience in a core deal service and due diligence
Good commercial awareness and the ability to analyse complex business issues
Ability to identify and convert business opportunities
Coach and mentor staff an a daily basis
Ability to work in a high pressure environment and to tight deadlines
Excellent command of spoken and written business English
Must be CFA, CA, CPA or CPA candidate or hold an equivalent internationally recognised financial qualification
Market research experience also an advantage
