PwC Advisory is working in various capacities, with a Bermuda domiciled, publicly traded insurance group, with operations in Bermuda, the Caribbean and Europe.
The company is looking to hire a Group Head of Compliance, responsible for leading the day-to-day oversight and coordination of the Group's compliance function across its various jurisdictions. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this senior role will play a critical part in ensuring that the Group meets its regulatory obligations, fosters a strong compliance culture, and proactively manages compliance and conduct risks across jurisdictions.
The role is suited to an experienced and talented compliance leader, with 10+ years' experience within the regulated financial services sector, ideally insurance. Expertise in regulatory frameworks in Bermuda and, ideally, UK or Europe, preferred. The post-holder will be expected to provide proactive guidance, challenge constructively and secure the support of senior executives across the Group. Ability to add both strategic and operational value within a fast-paced, regulatory environment, will be required.
Bermuda location / relocation is strongly preferred, or other Group jurisdiction, with regional travel as required.
