"Internal Audit 3.0: anticipate, recommend, assure" - this is the topic of the 19th International Conference "Internal Audit and Control" moderated by Irina Blinova, Director of PwC Academy in Ukraine.
170 chief internal auditors from 9 countries participated in the event!
The panel discussion included the following topics: the impact of corporate culture on the internal audit function, the competencies of the internal auditor of the future, the priorities for increasing the value of business.
Irina Blinova presented the topic “Next Generation Internal Audit. Transforming Internal Audit Transforming the value proposition of internal audit”, covering the following aspects:
- Adapting to new normal – what does a transformed IA function look like
- Analysis of changes and transformation areas for internal audit
- How can internal audit move up the maturity curve
