Seminar in Fundamentals of Planning and Budgeting for employees of F.UA

On June 1, PwC Academy delivered a seminar in Fundamentals of Planning and Budgeting for employees of F.UA.
During the training, participants learned about:
- the budgeting management system and basics of effective budgeting;
- the structure of financial responsibility centres;
- the processes of drawing up functional budgets and a single consolidated budget.
Theoretical knowledge was illustrated and supported by discussing various business cases and solving practical examples.
The course provided F.UA team with the tools needed for practical application of the knowledge gained in order to make better management decisions.
The students provided positive feedback to interactive practical questions and applicable business cases used during the course.
