The European Union’s adopted Pay Transparency Directive* stipulates that employers must provide clear information about remuneration and ensure equal pay for work of equal value.
In the webinar “ Equal Pay Directive – What are the current updates? ”, we will share practical advice on how to adapt to the new requirements in each Baltic country, avoid common mistakes, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
