Domenikss’ reorganisation complete: property management separated from vehicle sales

The reorganisation of Domenikss SIA, aimed at separating operations associated with the maintenance and management of real estate owned by Domenikss from its core business, has now been finalised.

As a result of the reorganisation carried out by PwC Legal law firm, two new companies – K34E SIA and K34Z SIA – have been set up to manage real estate, while Domenikss SIA will now focus on selling Mercedes-Benz automobiles and spare parts as well as providing support and repair services.

“The reorganisation is an important step in our growth from a long-term development perspective. Our goal has always been to provide top-class services to our customers. After the reorganisation, bringing certainty to our existing business functions, we will continue to provide our customers with excellent service focused on selling automobiles and spare parts. The process of reorganisation has run smoothly and has in no way affected our operations to date,” says Benita Sadauska, chair of Domenikss’ management board.

Janis Lagzdins, managing partner of PwC Legal, believes that the biggest challenge facing any company that decides to go into reorganisation is the courage to take the long view. Domenikss will now be devoting all its resources to its core business activity – the distribution of Mercedes-Benz automobiles and spare parts as well as support and repair services, which is expected by its customers and business partners alike.
