Summary of Responsibilities

Perform all duties of secretarial nature. Responsible for providing all types of secretarial and administration support for the managers, assist in handling appointments, phone calls and other duties as assigned by the managers.

Role and responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage routine correspondence, including engagement letters and audit proposals. Make sure the content, enclosures and address and accurate. Distribute incoming correspondence to the respective managers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system.
  • Casting, formatting and cross-referencing audited reports and printing them in line with PwC standards.
  • Finalise reports and manage the production, collation and distribution of reports.
  • Translate audited reports and other documents to and from Khmer.
  • Make sure there is sufficient stationery available for use.
  • Perform other secretarial work and general support tasks as requested by managers.
  • Help to arrange social and corporate responsibility events.

Requirements

  • A fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn
  • Flexible approach to heavy workloads and able to prioritise requests from a  large team
  • Strong writing and translation skills
  • Strong typing skills and able to type in Khmer
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
