PwC Isle of Man announces senior promotions

Promotions see the next generation of business leaders for PwC Isle of Man

PwC Isle of Man is delighted to announce a number of senior promotions including two new directors and seven new senior managers. This sees the professional services firm recognising its local talent as the next generation of business leaders in the Isle of Man.

The two newly promoted directors are: Mike Davies and Penny Morris.

Mike joined PwC in 2000 as a trainee and has over 21 years experience working with the firm's audit practice. Mike managed the audits of clients in manufacturing, oil and gas and insurance. He plays a significant role in the firm delivering audit quality and the firm’s training programme.

Penny joined PwC in 2006 as a trainee and has over 14 years experience working with the firm's audit practice. She has extensive knowledge of a wide range of financial services industries and managed the audits of clients in banking, asset management, and insurance including listed entities. Penny is the firm's student liaison and oversees the student training programmes for trainee accountants.

The seven newly promoted senior managers are: Alan Isaac (Audit), Andrew Simpson (Actuarial), Anee du Toit (Audit), Cherry Cruz (Audit), Melissa Maharaj (Audit), Nicola Jackson (Tax) and Rudra Ramakrishnan (Audit).

PwC Isle of Man has made a further 20 promotions to manager and senior associate. Together with the recent appointment of two new partners, the Isle of Man firm now has eight partners, six directors and a skilled manager pool that has been with the firm on average more than 10 years.
